Who we are
Built because the handoffs were the problem
Setting up in the UAE rarely fails on any single step. It fails in the gaps — the formation agent who does not talk to the bank, the bank that asks for a document the agent never mentioned, the PRO who was never sent the licence, and the renewal date nobody was watching.
Corpenta exists to remove those gaps. We cover company formation, residence and Golden Visas, corporate banking introductions and business consultancy with one team and one point of contact. The consultant who forms your company is the same person who chases your bank application and reminds you about your licence renewal.
Where we differ most is that the handover never happens. Most providers pass you between departments — one desk for the licence, another for the visa, a third for the bank — and every pass loses context. Here the chain is held by one person from the first call to the renewal notice, which is why nothing arrives at the bank half-prepared.
