Any timeline described on this site reflects what is typical when an application is complete and uncontested. Approvals depend on government authorities, banks and third parties whose decisions and processing times we do not control, and applications requiring external approvals routinely take longer.
Regulatory and licensing decisions
Licences, visas, bank accounts and regulatory approvals are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant authority or institution. We prepare and present applications to the best professional standard, but no provider can guarantee an outcome, and you should treat any guarantee of approval as a reason to walk away.
